At the end of each training programme, we will carry out a thorough review process, gaining detailed feedback from attendee’s, training organisers and the trainer to:
- Ensure all client objectives have been met in full
- Address additional topics or knowledge gaps have been discovered and presented back
- Identify any improvements that could be made to the MDTI service
- Provide continued support and advice
We will work with you to create an action plan ensuring all knowledge learnt is retained and implemented.
